Where does Herauf operate?
Across Western Canada today: the development head office in Kelowna BC, a 35,000 sq ft production hub in Zehner SK, 50,000 sq ft of manufacturing in Enderby BC, and a full-service modular yard in St. Paul AB. Expansion is planned into Dallas, Texas and Warsaw, Poland.
How quickly can a modular building be delivered?
Standard modular homes and commercial buildings are delivered in 16 weeks. Rapid Response emergency housing deploys in days, built on portable steel-skid foundations with self-contained services.

Yes. Herauf builds CSA A277-compliant modular infrastructure for defence and federal procurement, and works partnership-first with First Nations communities across Western Canada, including housing delivered over winter ice roads to remote communities.
