Homes built in a factory.
Delivered in weeks.
Built to last for generations.
Herauf builds residential, commercial, and emergency buildings in our Western Canadian facilities, then delivers them ready to use. Roughly half the time of site-built. Around 20 percent less cost. Engineered for the hardest climates in the country.

Conventional construction
stopped keeping up.
Trades are short. Materials run late. Weather shuts down a site for months, and in the North the build season can close before a foundation is even poured. The whole time, the people who need housing keep waiting.
You can keep absorbing the delays and the overruns. Or you can build a smarter way.
We moved the
build indoors.
Every Herauf unit is constructed inside a controlled facility, where rain never stops the crew and quality never depends on who showed up that morning. While we build, your site gets prepped. Then we truck the finished building in and set it in place. People move in within days, not seasons.
It is a better way to build almost anything people live or work in. In the places conventional crews can’t reach, it is the only practical way at all.
Four reasons
modular wins.
01
Weeks, not years.
Custom builds in 12 to 14 weeks. Off-the-shelf units in as little as two. Your project reaches occupancy, and revenue, while a site-built version is still framing.
02
Built past code, on purpose.
Every unit meets or exceeds CSA A277 and the 2015 National Building Code for climate zones 6 through 8: a continuously insulated, airtight envelope, independently energy-modelled, backed by a comprehensive structural and workmanship warranty.
03
One builder. Almost any building.
Family homes, multi-family, daycares, clinics, washrooms, site offices, luxury cabins, EV stations, from compact studios to a twelve-plex. If people use it, we can build it.
04
We deliver where others won't.
Ice roads. Forest tracks. Remote reserves. Steel-skid bases mean no permanent foundation, and self-contained water and sewer mean a unit is ready almost anywhere you can set it down.
