Common questions
How fast can you deliver?
Custom units typically take roughly 16 weeks. Off-the-shelf layouts can be ready in about two.
Are these built to code?
Yes. Every unit meets or exceeds CSA A277 and the National Building Code for climate zones 6 through 8, and our envelope is independently energy-modelled.
Where do you build and deliver?
We manufacture in Saskatchewan and BC, finish and stage from our Alberta yard, and we deliver across Canada, including remote and northern sites.
Can you handle a whole development?
Yes. We have delivered everything from single homes to a 56-room campus and full community builds.
Do you build commercial and institutional buildings?
Yes. Offices and site offices, daycares, washroom and shower buildings, medical centres, workforce facilities and industrial storage, built to the same code as a site-built commercial building and delivered ready to operate. Eligible new builds can also check if they qualify for the Herauf $15,000 Build Credit, open to municipal, developer, First Nations and private projects. It is a Herauf credit, not a government grant.
