Enderby, BC

A 50,000 sq ft facility in the Interior.

Our Enderby plant is a 50,000 sq ft modular fabrication facility, purpose-built to serve British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest. Homes are produced complete in a controlled environment, protected from the weather that delays conventional sites.

Our Kelowna development head office handles sales, estimating, and project coordination, so every BC project has a single point of contact from first quote to final set-down.

Across British Columbia

From the coast
to the Interior.

Okanagan & the Interior

Our home ground

British Columbia is where Herauf is based. Our Kelowna development head office and our 50,000 sq ft Enderby plant, the group's largest, both sit in the Okanagan Interior, so custom and luxury homes for acreages and lakeside lots are built close to where they're set down.

Coastal, Kootenay & northern BC

Delivered complete

Because modules leave Enderby finished and code-built, Herauf serves sites well beyond the Interior, from Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland to the Kootenays and northern BC, including places a conventional crew would struggle to staff, without the province's weather or labour shortages setting the schedule.

With BC facing acute housing pressure, our multi-family and infill lines let municipalities and developers add homes on constrained urban lots in a fraction of the time a conventional build would take.

Where in British Columbia does Herauf Modular build?

Herauf manufactures in our 50,000 sq ft Enderby facility, serving British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest, with development head office in Kelowna handling sales, estimating, and project coordination for the province.

Are Herauf modular homes built for the BC climate?

Yes. Units are engineered to the 2015 National Building Code for climate zones 6 through 8, with a continuously insulated, airtight envelope and triple-pane low-E windows, a high-performance envelope suited to BC's mountain and coastal conditions.

How quickly can a modular home be delivered in BC?

Most homes are manufactured and delivered in roughly 16 weeks, up to 50% faster than conventional construction, because the build proceeds in our Enderby facility while site work happens in parallel.

Can Herauf reach remote BC communities?

Yes. Because modules are built complete and shipped ready, Herauf routinely serves remote and Interior BC sites, including communities reachable only by seasonal access roads.
