Our Enderby plant is a 50,000 sq ft modular fabrication facility, purpose-built to serve British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest. Homes are produced complete in a controlled environment, protected from the weather that delays conventional sites.
Our Kelowna development head office handles sales, estimating, and project coordination, so every BC project has a single point of contact from first quote to final set-down.

Are Herauf modular homes built for the BC climate?
Yes. Units are engineered to the 2015 National Building Code for climate zones 6 through 8, with a continuously insulated, airtight envelope and triple-pane low-E windows, a high-performance envelope suited to BC's mountain and coastal conditions.
How quickly can a modular home be delivered in BC?
Most homes are manufactured and delivered in roughly 16 weeks, up to 50% faster than conventional construction, because the build proceeds in our Enderby facility while site work happens in parallel.
