Heavy Lift

Where no road goes,
the home flies in.

Erickson Air-Crane and Sikorsky Skycrane heavy-lift helicopters place Herauf modules directly on site, for housing and multi-stack structures in communities a truck cannot reach.

Concept rendering, rail and road stage

Road, rail, barge, then air

Modules travel as far as the highway, the rail network, and the water allow, then fly the last stretch. A fly-in community no longer waits on a three-week ice road that may never freeze hard enough, and no longer loses a year when it doesn’t. We plan the whole chain, and the last leg is the one nobody else can offer.

Operations

More than a scenic flight.

Tours and charter fund the hangar. The work that matters is what the aircraft can do for a community, a crew, or a project that has run out of road.

  • Indigenous rapid housing

Completed homes flown into fly-in communities, year round.

  • Heavy-lift placement

Air-crane capability brought to projects that need it, ours to coordinate end to end.

  • Emergency and wildfire response

Crew, supply, and accommodation movement when a community has to act now.

  • Survey and resource support

Oil field support and LIDAR survey work across western Canada.
