Building across the prairies

35,000 sq ft, minutes from Regina.
Herauf Plains in Zehner is a 35,000 sq ft production facility backed by a 4.5-acre staging yard, our prairie home base, just outside Regina. Modular homes and commercial units are built complete here, then staged for delivery across Saskatchewan.
Building indoors means prairie winters and wind never stall the schedule. Units leave the plant warm, code-built, and ready to set down.
