Invest in
modular.
Herauf builds in its own plants, so an equity partner, a developer or a First Nation can put capital into housing and commercial projects with the manufacturing, the schedule and the cost under one roof.
The Herauf Enterprises investment vision is on the company page.
Four ways in.
Equity partnerships
Herauf develops residential and commercial projects built with modular construction, and brings in equity partners to fund them. Partnership details are discussed directly with qualified partners.
Developers who win tenders
Won a tender that needs a building on a deadline? Herauf manufactures the modular facility your project depends on, from site offices and workforce housing to the finished building, in its own plants while your site is prepared.
Indigenous partnerships & joint ventures
Herauf Modular is an Indigenous joint venture. We are establishing Preferred Manufacturing & Supply Agreements with First Nations communities on five-year terms, so a Nation has a committed manufacturer for its housing and commercial projects.
Land assembly & rezoning
Inner-city residential land assembled and rezoned to commercial is revalued as a commercial asset, which gives the investor a return in the land itself before a building is set.

Land to livable space.
Approved once.
Built again.
CMHC-approved affordability layouts
Our affordability layouts are already CMHC-approved, which gives an affordable housing project a quicker path through federal approvals.
Designs approved for duplication
The City of Kelowna has approved Herauf architectural designs for duplication, so a proven building can be repeated site after site.
