Vice President of Operations (Alberta & British Columbia)

With over 18 years of experience, Jason Leroux transforms complex operations into seamless successes. From significantly reducing project timelines to achieving over 2,200 incident-free safety days, his leadership sets new industry benchmarks. Since 2021, Jason has served as VP of Operations for Herauf Modular’s Alberta and BC divisions, driving efficiency and innovation in large-scale land development and modular construction.

Known for his expertise in high-pressure gas wells, multilateral drilling, and cross-cultural collaboration, Jason redefines operational excellence delivering projects safely, on time, and under budget.

Allan Herauf

Vice President of Operations (Saskatchewan & Manitoba)

With over 30 years of experience across diverse industrial sectors, Allan is one of the original innovators behind Herauf Modular, perfecting each unit to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. A Red Seal Carpenter, Allan spent 29 years overseeing construction and maintenance for the City of Regina Saskatchewan, ensuring top-tier safety and quality.

Now, he leads Herauf’s commercial, residential, and industrial projects, managing site preparation, delivery, and quality control. Allan ensures consistent excellence across all manufacturing sites, streamlining procurement, timelines, and tools while onboarding and training new staff to uphold Herauf’s high standards.

Wayne Robert is an MBA graduate of Royal Roads University and has been certified as a small and medium, enterprise (SME) international business counsellor through the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). Over the past twenty plus years, Wayne has built an enviable record of successful consulting to private enterprises, governments and NGO’s. Wayne has extensive experience consulting to private businesses and communities throughout North America and Internationally (such as but not limited to the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Poland, European Union).

He is particularly noted for his capacity and capability to design tailored, actionable solutions in response to a range of circumstances and contexts while working with stakeholders with very diverse cultural backgrounds and adept at designing and delivering pragmatic strategies and programs that capture the collective emphasis of a variety of interests yet remain pertinent and focused on specific circumstances.
