These terms govern your use of heraufmodular.com and its features, including the 3D home builder, the commercial planner, and quote requests. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Designs and Estimates Are Not a Binding Quote
The 3D home builder and the commercial planner are planning tools. They do not show prices. Prices shown elsewhere on the site, such as starting prices on model pages, are estimates for planning only. Nothing on the site, and no design you make with it, is an offer, contract, or guarantee of price or availability. A binding quote is provided only in writing by a Herauf Modular representative after we review your project.
Floor plans, finishes, colours, renders, furniture, and AI-generated previews in the 3D home builder are illustrative. They may differ from a finished build.
The commercial planner's building code, exit, parking, and transport checks are general planning guidance only. They are not an engineering review, a code review, or approval from any authority.
Using the Site
- Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it.
- If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Don't submit false information or content you don't have the right to share.
Intellectual Property
The site, its content, branding, and software are owned by Herauf Enterprises Corp. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own, non-commercial planning purposes; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without permission. Designs you create remain available to you within your account.
Third-Party Links & Content
The site may link to or embed third-party content (such as social media or video). We're not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Google Maps lot previews are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Address matches, terrain and imagery may be approximate or unavailable. A lot preview does not establish property boundaries, setbacks, ground levels or permission to build.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herauf Enterprises Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any estimate or information provided through it.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site. They do not replace any written quote or contract for a building, which is governed by its own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
