Estimates Are Not a Binding Quote
Prices shown in the 3D builder and elsewhere on the site are estimates for planning only. They are not an offer, contract, or guarantee of price or availability. A binding quote is provided only in writing by a Herauf Modular representative after we review your project. Floor plans, finishes, and 3D visuals are illustrative and may differ from a finished build.
Using the Site
- Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it.
- If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Don't submit false information or content you don't have the right to share.
Intellectual Property
The site, its content, branding, and software are owned by Herauf Enterprises Corp. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own, non-commercial planning purposes; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without permission. Designs you create remain available to you within your account.

The site may link to or embed third-party content (such as social media or video). We're not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herauf Enterprises Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any estimate or information provided through it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
