St. Theresa Point Housing

St. Theresa Point, Manitoba · Northern Manitoba

St. Theresa Point is one of Canada's most remote communities, accessible by ground only when winter ice roads form. Herauf built in controlled facilities through the off-season, then timed delivery to the ice-road window, first a Child & Family Services building, and in March 2026 a second convoy carrying three youth transitional homes roughly 700 km north over the ice, a delivery covered by Eagle Feather News. Quality housing, where conventional weather-dependent construction simply isn't viable.
