Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of permitting processes in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba.
  • Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities.

  • A supportive team with strong leadership.

What you bring

  • Three to five years of experience in construction or project management.
  • Strong understanding of modular manufacturing processes, building codes and foundation types.
  • Experience working with engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, supervisory and client management skills.
