What kinds of projects has Herauf Modular completed?
Herauf has delivered education campuses, Indigenous and Métis housing, community recreation facilities, and commercial washroom and sewer units across Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories, including NAIT's 56-room Kidney Lake campus and 20 homes for the Buffalo Lake Métis Settlement.
Can Herauf build for remote or hard-to-reach sites?
Yes. Because modules are built in controlled facilities and delivered complete, Herauf can reach sites that conventional construction can't, including fly-in First Nations communities served by winter ice roads, such as St. Theresa Point in northern Manitoba.
How quickly can modular homes be installed on site?
Since modules are manufactured in advance while site work happens in parallel, installation is fast. At the Buffalo Lake Métis Settlement, 20 finished homes turned an empty plot into a lived-in community within days of arrival.
