What sizes are the medical and pharmacy buildings?
Four layouts in the catalogue are built for health and care:

Skid or foundation: which does a clinic need?
It depends on whether the clinic will ever move. A clinic serving a work site or a temporary need can be built on a steel skid with self-contained plumbing, electrical and HVAC, so it can be lifted and relocated when the need moves. A clinic meant to stay where it is sets on a permanent foundation. Decide at the start, because a building is relocatable when it is specified that way from the beginning.
What code is a modular clinic built to?
Each unit meets or exceeds CSA A277 and the National Building Code for climate zones 6 through 8, and is inspected at every stage of production. Electric heat comes standard and solar is optional. A pharmacy has one more party to satisfy: the body that licenses it. Check what your provincial pharmacy regulator expects of the premises, the dispensary and the secure storage before the layout is fixed, so the changes are made on paper rather than on site.
